Can i get a scholorship for college while in college?

Yes. There are many scholarships available to upper classmen that aren't available to freshman. Speak with your financial aid office at your university and see what they can offer.

Yes.  I wrote a recommendation for a current college students last year, and she was awarded a scholarship for one year.  See an advisor once you get there, they will know what is available!  Good luck!  (and get all A's!!!)  (college prof)
