  1. As of July 2007, the priority dates for spouses of Legal Permanent Residents is June 1, 2002. If your wife filed 2 years ago, then your priority date is 2005. Three years of wait to go.

It is easier for your wife and daughter to come to the Philippines than for you to go to the US and is  much cheaper too. Why don't you consider this option instead of trying to go to the US? Your case is suspect as you are a spouse waiting for his immigrant visa. Meantime, just content yourself with a video link via internet to speak to your family.**

  2. Have you checked with the INS. they have a web page. You need your WAC number should be on the recipt from the INS. I filed for my stepchildren in January and got approval on one last week and the other yesterday. I filed the papers myself. and actually the INS, came through faster than I thought they would. Make sure she file an I-130, she should have a Number where you can check either on the web or 800-number. Now the I-130 is the first step. then you have to go through the national visa center, to see when a visa is available for you. Maybe with both of yous not being citizens, she holds a green card, there maybe a 5 year wait,,,, Sorry wish I could help you more......

  3. ur likely to get one.. but its going to be hard. u could try for family visit or do a business thing.. they business things tend to be looked upon as a help to the american  economy. but before going to the american embassy and asking for travel.. !!u should give them a reason that you are most likely to come back. !!. btw.. if ur passport has no stamps of other countries visited.. thats not a positive on ur travling to the states

also.. after u get there..try to apply for green card status..
