Can i get admission in any US university with my homecountry (matric) examinations?

ok i live in pakistan ,i want to get admission in any USA university,after completing examination of my country. i will not study a level, please help me

You'll want to check the requirements for international students at the schools that interest you.  Unfortunately, those requirements can vary greatly from one school to another.

u didnt say u r 4m which country!however,u will have to complete ur a level then if u choose top class uni like harvard uni or so then u might need 2go for a foundation course under that uni nd they might also ask for TOEFL if u r nt 4m an english speaking country.remember,u cant do all these b4 completing ur a level.lastly,dnt loose ur heart any time..many people did it,many people r doing it...so,u can also do it...best wishes 4u...
