You can go to

http://www.fiitjee.com/

to see your approximate AIR. you will have to enter there individual marks & total marks. then FIITJEE will email you showing your tentative AIR. In my opinion, if you are getting 175 marks out of 489 and if you are in GEN category, you can have AIR in between 5500 to 6000. I would also advice you to check your answers from solutions of different institutes. Solutions are available on the following websites.
