Can i get an air force rotc scholarship?

im 19 and i attend a state school. i want to transfer to a school out of state and do rotc there. i was planning on talking to the detachment there to maybe start the process of applying etc, but is there anything else i need to do? i think im pretty well qualified except the grades may not be too high, but im planning on kicking *** this semester. i have alot of extracurricular stuff and am a very good canidate tho, i would hafta say. what are the chances of getting in, getting the most amount of money for school(money is the biggest issue with transferring), and most of all actually getting a scholarship?

It might be hard to get a scholarship after freshman year. Talk to an AFROTC instructor. They would know best.
