Can i get an older can on finance?

please help.. im looking to get a car, doesnt have to be new could be an s reg.. doesnt matter. Im wondering if i could get this on finance, i dont have a large income. is there any companies anyone knows of? thanks. Please note i cant afford to pay for a second hand car, and cant get a loan, thanks
