Can i get arrested for calling someone and not answering

my friend called my other friend luke at 11:00pm and we were listening to loud music and his mom answered and we didnt here her,finally we heard her screaming so we turned the music down and she said she was gonna track the number and call the cops.

could we get arrested?

No.  A one time prank with no threats used is nothing.  Won't even be accepted as a report.

CAN YOU GET ARRESTED for calling someone and not answering? OF COURSE NOT, nobody I know got arrested by doing so, or NOT EVEN IN HISTORY books do I read that someone or somebody got pick up by the police for calling someone and not answering.

The only thing I do not get to some people why would they call someone if they wouldn't answer anyway. What is the purpose of calling for in the first place? IF YOU CALL SOMEONE then answer the d**n phone and not just listen to the voice and put the phone down. The mom cannot TRACK the number UNLESS SHE IS A GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION LIKE NSA or PENTAGON for that matter to trace that call in a manner of 10 seconds, she got the most sophisticated monitoring device EVER INVENTED yet by man.

GET ARRESTED? Are you kidding me, she wouldn't even know what color of shorts you guys are wearing during the call. FORGET it guys, and grow up a little.

No.  They could press charges of harassment, but that's very unlikey.  Cops don't waste their time with tracking, unless it's for something serious like kidnapping or a very serious crime.
