Can i get arrested for having an expired vicoden perscription in my car?

i have a perscription for vicoden but its expired. I still have a few left that i take when i need to. If they are in my car and i get pulled over, can i get a ticket or arrested for having a controlled substance?

Why are they in your car.  You shouldn't be driving after taking a vicoden anyways.  I suggest you keep them at home and you won't have to worry about this.
