Can i get back a letter ive already posted??

help...my granny is gettin old and has posted me all my old memories e.g photos,newspaper clippings etc but she has sent it to an old address.how can i get this back???x

Call the post office in the location of your "old address". I am sure they can assist. (Worst case scenario: your granny will get it back stamped as undeliverable due to "no such person at this address").
