Can i get back my passport it almost one year since i was denied?

why did you not mention your country of origin?

they have absolutely no rights to keep your passport, they must return it to you;

please get in touch with them as soon as possible, and ask if perhaps it was returned and you did not receive it?

You also need to tell us the country that issued the passport.  I'm assuming you are referring to a US passport?
