Can i get caught for bringing Pirated MOVIES with me to USA?

Question

Im going to USA the next friday for 3 weeks, i want to take some movies i just downloaded and haven seen with me so i can see them really late at night.

i know it wont be a big deal in my country(Dominican Republic), but can i get caought in USA Airports for it? :x

I have my own CD casewhich will be inside my suit case.

I've brought over 20 bootleg dvds from out of country into the US for 4 yrs now....I have never been asked about them or anything. I put them into a regular cd case, if that helps.

Legal or not, no one is going to care.  Don't worry about it at all.

Yes you can and you can be deported without getting into the USA at all. Bringing contraband into the USA could also get you sentenced to smuggling charges as well.

TSA isn't interested in movies or music. They are there for security purposes only, I. E. weapons, chemicals, etc.
