Can i get caught up in my grade level

im in 7th grade and i got helled back.

if i do 7th grade again can i do 8th grade in homeschool during the next summer and then be caught up.

Most homeschoolers have to pass exams just like regular kids.  The school district could see this as a scam and ask you to take placement tests to see which grade you are most qualified to be in.

If you want the school district to put you back in your correct grade, contact them about "testing out" of the classes you would miss.  Most districts have a program (usually for gifted children) in which you can take an end-of-course exam (say for Algebra 1 for example).  If you want to totally skip this class, you would have to make a 90 or better on the test (at least that's what my district requires) to skip it.  Of course, you would have to test out of each class that you want to skip.
