Can i get chap tobacco from dublin?

Im going to dublin next week and was wondering if you can buy duty free tobacco, as if you were going to another EU countrylike France or Spain? If you can get it, does anyone have any idea what the prices are like and where i can get it from? Im crossing on the ferry but dont know if the shop sells tobacco!

Duty free won;t let you buy tax free if youre travelling from an EU country to an EU country. and no, anyways, ireland is a waste of money--too dear. you'll get the same in other countries but cheaper.
