Can i get deleted vidoes back from my hard drive camcorder?

It's a sony HDD video camera.What professional services are available in Canada? How much do they charge if I do not need my videos urgently?Do they charge the same amount of money if they are not able to recover anything?

You may be able to recover them yourself without taking the camera to a service. Download the trial version of Zero Assumption and install it:

Connect your camcorder to your computer as a drive and have Zero Assumption scan to see if it can find any files. If it finds anything, you can pay the fee for the software, if it doesn't start looking for a service to help you out (although those videos better be important because it will likely run you $1000+ to get the data recovered).
