Can i get deported for shoplifting with no documents (papers)

3 days ago i got cought stealing from a store and they called the police on me and they took me to the police station and then they gave me a court day, they said it is to pay a ticket, but i'm wondering if could they deport me for that??? i don't have any records from before i got a clean record! and i dont have any i.d just my country's passport

Quite probably they will deport you, if you are here on a visa, expired or not. Apparently under the new illegal immigration reform and immigrant responsibility act, any immigrant who commits a crime in the U.S. is to be deported regardless of visa status or length of stay.

You will not be allowed to return. Should have thought twice about swiping those Twinkies.

If you are in the USA illegally then I hope they ship you home, where ever that may be. Sorry but there are legal ways to be here, use them.

Your passport is sufficient I.D. anywhere in the world, which is why it's called a passport.  However, you'll need to show your visa for your stay in the USA, if anyone asks (stamped or attached in your passport).  Most local police have no jurisdiction over immigration crimes, so they would have to call in someone who does, if they want to make a federal case.

  Yes, they need to deport your *** out of the U.S. We have enough American criminals to deal with, Y would we want ANY MORE  ILLEGAL CRIMINALS.

If you are here illegally, yes you can and probably will be deported.  If you are here legally, then it is theoretically possibly to be deported for a petty larceny but very very rare.

If you are in the United States why ARE YOU NOT WORKING!!!    However if you are here illegal then and you are found guilty of stealing- SHAME ON YOU!!!   What state were you in when you got caught stealing? You stated that they are only going to make you pay a ticket.  I would think that since you had no paper or proof of your reason for the visit to America....the immigration/INS should of been called immediately and you should still be in jail.  What would happen if I got caught stealing in your country as a visitor.  I bet I would still be in jail or prison.
