  1. yes this is dehydration sweetie! you are supposed to have 8 cups of water per day. the body needs water to function properly, when you don't give it as much as it needs you become weak and light headed, dizzy, etc.

  2. You need 6 glasses of water per day.

However, headaches and dizziness on a frequent basis is something that needs to be investigated by your doctor. Don't ignore it and go see him/her as soon as you can.

  3. you're dehydrated. A young, growing person needs plenty of fluids and nourishment. try to drink 4 regular bottles of water a day!

  4. Its called dehydration. As a teenager your body needs at least 8 - 8oz glasses a day. Caffeine dehydrates you as well.

  5. yeah you could be dehydrated, just keep drinking alot of water and you should be fine, gatorade helps alot 2.

and when your out in the heat try to drink more water then you usually do just to make sure your hydrated

  6. yep, you'll become dehdryated and feel those ill-effects.

  7. yes, this is caused by dehydration, your body needs A LOT of water, much more than 1 or 2 cups a day.  I am 14 too.  I sometimes feel dizzy too, and drinking water helps.  Don't drink anything with a lot of caffeine, this will just make you worse, and then you will get a sugar rush, then it will leave you feeling very tired.

    hope I helped    :D
