Well, here goes, I was going out with this guy who was 3 years older than me, I was 16 he was 19, I am very mature for my age so it worked, anyway we was going out bf/gf for a year then out the blue one day when we was in London he stole my bank card ( he said to me previously that he should know my pin becaus he was my boyfriend.. me being a young sucker in love believed him) and withdrew all my money. He admitted this to me after i tricked him by saying that I had an appointment go and view CCTV. Anyway, Im in a new relationship now and have been since last January, all is going good but i still cant get over what he did to me and get away with it. I didnt tell anyone in my family that he had done it so i didnt report it at the time. Can i do anything about it now or should i just move on with my new fella?

Thanks 4 reading xx

  1. Thats a tough one because you gave him your pin, it depends how much money was taken. You could go to the police with this one but they would want statements and you need to be willing to attend court which is always a work up! In all honesty I am not sure much can be done because you gave him your pin but it wouldn't hurt to ask at your local police station.

p.s. what a scumbag glad you got rid of him!

  2. wow this sounds rly familar, this happened to a friend of mine

  3. depends on how long ago

if u can still find him u can atleast take him to civilian court and get the money back UNLESS u gave him permission to acces ur bank acount

the thing that might get u is bc u gave him the pin number (acces to the account)

  4. get him arrested for using u, ok that was your money and he got no right to used it

  5.   actually you can try small claims court-but with you as a minor at the time, your parents may have to file the suit.it all depends how much "experience" is worth buying to you.

  6. Move on, you disclosed the information (pin number) so I doubt that you can do anything.

  7. I would report it. That is theft. But then it might not hold up because you provided your PIN. He can claim that you authorized it. I would still try. Next time be smart when dealing with men. They don't need to know all of your business (including bank account, credit card, or social security numbers).

  8. yes u could get him arrested its credit card frawd but dont admit u told him ur pin lol

but i would just leave it cause court drags on for about 2 months even more

    its annoying

  9. Well, you're pretty much liable for it but you can get him for a lot more like him dating a minor and things like that.

Can you help me? I'm in a lot of drama, its a long question but i need the help:

  10. You could go to a civil court and have him arrested for Fraud. Because he pretended to be you to take your money out. But these things take ages so you should really have some support because it will be so tedious. If it's not worth it, then just move on.
