I have an application called Emtube on my Nokia- it lets me browse and download any YouTube video.

I don't know much about your phone model, but, yes it's quite common to have flash players on phones.

For YouTube you can try going on your phone to http://m.youtube.com

On my phone this launches my media player every time I click on a video and plays it through that. Hopefully it'll work on yours!
