Can i get high school transcript again even if i had studied college?

Question

i wanna start fresh in college here in ny and i have less than 50 credits in my college (in my country). i am certain though that only 2 subjects will be credited. I think it is wiser if i enroll as fresh high school graduate than being a transferee. BUT can i get high school transcript again even if have college experience?

As far as i'm aware you can review your academic file at anytime.  You just need to request the documents.

yes, since the two systems are seperate, you just go to your highschool or send off for an official transcript
