  1. Yeah you can , although some colleges are very strict, but if you did not meet the course requirements they may just monitor you .

    Hope this helped:)

  2. Hey, yeah you can deffinatle get in with those grades, most courses ony ask for 5 C's or above and youve deffinatly got that xD

i suppose it depends what course you wanted to do because some require very high grages in certain subjects, i suppose if you give your chosen college a ring they'll tell you whats on offer for you =]

    hope that helps

  3. No. You cannot. You're doomed to a life of misery working at McDonalds.

  4. Depends on the colleg, you still have 8 GCSE's that the college will consider as passing, you could write a letter of appeal with your application which would be considered.  If you don't get the college you want, you could consider retaking English

  5. If you mean university- unless you apply for oxbridge, they dont look at your GCSEs

as for sixth form college, it depends on your interview and it depends which college your thinking of? Post up what colleges your thinking of and I can help you!

(also, what grade did you get for maths?)

    Updated:

    yes!

La Swap is very good- i reckon they would take you with those grades- kind of right on the line though..

I would also look at Woodhouse, Richmond and  Pimlico, Harrow colleges.

Private colleges that would definately take you are Duff Miller and Lansdowne- they also do retakes if you want to retake your English. As long as you have the C in maths you should be good. It depends what you want to do in college aswell, and where you live.

check out this page : www.londoncolleges.com

it tells you everything you need to know

Your grades should be fine as you have 8 GCSEs incuding maths; the only set back you may find is that rarely colleges may require a gcse in maths and english, but this isnt always the case. Good luck!
