Your driver's license and ss card have nothing to do with it anymore.  As long as you have your jamaician passport you will be able to get into mexico and back the us.

No, if you are a Jamaican citizen, then you need a visa to enter Mexico. I suggest you get in touch with your nearest Mexican embassy or consulate.

You would be exempted from visa requirements only if you are a legal resident of the US and you provide proof of residency (green card).
