Can i get into problem with immigration?

Because when my sister file for my mom; on the application my mom was ask; if she has any kids and where there are? And she answer that i'm outside the U.S. whish was not true! I'm in the U.S. Am i going to have any problem when she filling the petition for alien relative?

Your mother could get in trouble and be denied and deported, and you could be refused too, why do illegals need to lie about everything?

probably not, depending on what your status in the US actually is, of course. Your sister is an American, but what about you? Since your sister is filing for your mom, immigration and the immigrant visa officers will be primarily concerned with them, not you. You're not responsible for your mother's answers, only your own. What sort of problem are you worried about?
