Can i get into the University of Delaware or Penn State?

Question

have a 3.6 Gpa ...i have taken a few Ap courses in history and i am in mostly honors classes except math and science....The only minor problem is that my standardized test scores arent that high.

I scored a 24 on my ACT and a 1110 on my SAT. I have a good resume as far as extracurriculars..internship, sports, clubs and community sevice ...also national honors society

Do you think that i still have a good shot of getting in?

yes, you'll be fine! do good your first year - always go to class - don't skip never!
