Can i get into trouble with the law?

Question

Last night me and a couple friends decided to try ecstasy. My moms friend found out by reading her text messages. The next day my friend had a really big downer from the xtc and she tried to commit suicide.

Her mom had made a police report, giving the police my friends cell phone with all the texts messages saying who had taken it last night.

Is there any way i could get into trouble with the law for this? There is physical proof that i did take it... but i don't have anything on me right now. Can i get arrested for them just finding out about it?

if they got the proof your already in trouble.was it worth it.now you must pay the Piper.you can bet they will come get you.

It's considered hearsay and can't be used against you, unless they get a judge to order a drug test but that is very unlikely.  Due to the circumstances don't you think that that was a very stupid thing to do?  Please don't try it again because the next time somebody might end up dead and them there will be legal issues.

they can drug test you...

i suggest you go to vitamin world and ask for a drink that cleans your body... follow the directions and get one for your friend also. u most likely cannot get in trouble for doing it they didnt catch you on it in public... its not illegal to be on drugs in private

They can question you to find out where you got the drug, and they can make your life difficult if you refuse to cooperate.  They can't arrest you for possession if they didn't find you in possession, and I'm not sure what charge might apply if there's proof of your taking it, but they can find something if they want to pursue it.

Your friend's mother did the right thing.

You can not get in trouble unless you made this person take the drug....it was stupid to do it in the first place. You could have died by just taking the drug...I hope that you learned something from this. What part of don't do drugs did you not understand?
