Can i get job in canada ( vancouver) ?

hi... i am from india... and i want to go candana ( vancouver ) for job ? i am not applying for any post . i want to know how can i find job there and apply there ? because of i have not idea for that.... can any help me ? pls . ans me and help me for that ...
