I couldn't agree more with Harmon's answer up there.

The guy you're "dating" should should be in jail for manipulating a girl your age (yes, manipulating). You're only *15* for God's sake! Why do you want to get married at such a young age??

Trust me, I remember what it was like to be 15 and in a "serious" relationship. You think the two of you will be together forever and nothing will ever change. Just in the few short years I've had from 15 to 22, I've changed *drastically*. I don't even talk to the people I was friends with in high school anymore! I used to think I knew what it took to be an adult. Now, I look back and realize just how silly I was. I never could've lived out there in the real world that young and anyone who tells you they can without struggling is lying. Seriously, date guys your own age and live out your teenage life while you still have it. More importantly, at least finish high school before making such a silly decision! You don't want to look back when people are talking about what they were doing as teens thinking "I never got to do that because I was at home with my husband".

Yes, you can IF YOUR PARENTS go with you to apply for a marriage license and sign their consent for you to be married.

Your parent have to give consent if your under the age of 18. Also I wouldn't bring this into the public eye just because if you guys are having s*x you are not at the age of consent yet so he can be charged for molestation if you guys are having s*x, and you don't even have to scream rape for it tot be molestation. by that there *points up* no, in fact he can end in jail just for being with you, its considered illigal for you to be with him, your not old enough to consent to being with him, and your consent dont mather in this, by law your considered to young to have the ability to understand and descide what is best for you. Hence he can get arrested and tried. You cant get married, i belive the youngest age of consent anywhere within the states is 16, and even then unless there is an exception clause for the state on marriage, you would need your parents consent to marry

so no, you cant marry without your parents consent if your under 18, and you have to be over 16 for them to be able to give consent to a marriage.
