i am a homosexual female wanting to marry another female ( my partner ) but will it be legal in the U. S. as well. we know we can marry in california but wee want to see canada's beauty.

  1. you can legally marry for sure in Ontario (and there are tons of beautiful sites in Ontario/Quebec).  I don't know whether or not it will be legal in your state though when you get home...

    but yes, Ontario (and I think a few other provinces) allow same s*x marriages.  Or maybe the whole country, there might have been something about this in the news a year ago.

Jessica you and your partner can most certainly marry north of your border.  I am unaware if it would  be recognized in your home state or not though.  Suppose you'd be best to check it out with authorities there before doing so.  But regardless if you want a nice relaxing vacation/honeymoon come on over to Canada.  You will be accepted and welcomed here.  Best of luck.
