Can i get my 98 Nissan Altima GXE a radio with AUX?

The radio i have now is a Panasonic CQ-C8100U,the radio shows the AUX but it dont have the little thing to plug in my ipod and stuff....

Yes. Any head unit, as long as it fits the physical slot, can work in any car. For a car of that age, you'd be best getting the cheapest model with an Aux input you can find -- check eBay, secondhand stores, pawn shops, and clearance sales at your local car audio shop. Go cheap, but don't buy off-brand. You never know what you're going to get.
