Most countries ask you if your license has ever been suspended anywhere.  If you lie, it's considered fraud.

You can not drive in Euorpe Countries but if you live another country then you can apply there for your new liscence.

I hate to ruin your week, Gomayes is right, fraud so your best bet is to take public transportation, or have a friend, or family member to take you from point A to Point B, so in the mean time just wait out, an you will get drivers licences back, just remember having a drivers licences is not right, its a priviledge it can be easily taken away, like you know already I had a friend an he had a DUI, they took his DL away, an he did not get back until 8 to 10 monthes later, so be careful, when your behind the wheel try to have a great day, even though your depressed bout DL
