  1. Most states, including NH, have provisions allowing early licensing in cases of 'hardship'.

You'll need to go to the offices that issue the license and explain to the person at the information desk your situation.  They'll set you up with the proper forms and point you in the right direction.

  2. dumb question, uhh, no. wait just like everyone else. i considered myself an excellent driver when i was 15, but i still had to wait

  3. Depends on how old you are- I've heard of people getting their driver's licenses as young as 14 for extenuating circumstances and if you show perfect driving capabilities. You'd have to check and see if your state allows that- just call your local DMV, but be prepared to be on hold for forever and a day.

    Good luck. :-)

  4. You must be at least 16 to drive in the state of New Hampshire.

From New Hampshire state law Saf-C 3001.01(b): The purpose of a hardship registration shall be to allow a vehicle to be operated by a spouse or other person with a VALID LICENSE, when, without such a registration, a hardship would be placed upon a spouse or other person.

While there is a hardship registration, there isn't a hardship license as mentioned in the Bureau of Hearings FAQ:

Is there a "work", "restricted" or "hardship" license I can apply for?

The State of New Hampshire has no form of restrictive license to issue under any circumstance to persons who are suspended or revoked for any reason.
