i booked and paid for a holiday - a wedding - in march next year. I have just found out i am pregnant and due the week before I fly out.

now, taking a one week old on a long flight to the carribean doesnt seem appealing to me (or fellow passengers no doubt!), also the small problem on no passport in all likelihood.

can i get a refund?its with first choice

  1. I'd suggest you look at your contract and any insurance policies you took out. If you can't cancel, ask if you can have an alternative date. We can't really help you much more without details of your contract and/or insurance.

    And congratulations!

  2. Did you deal with an ASTA travel Agent?...They would have recommend any reason cancellation insurance and at least 80% of your money would be refunded. Otherwise, what have you spent so far...the most I have ever paid up front is $300.00 deposit
