  1. no, there will be no consolation prize... you failed, no one will pay you for it.  If you are not going to go through with the probation, you should have never paid in the first place! Sorry...

  4. That all depends on why you went back to prison for if it was mistake in the probation office then yes you can get your money back but if you screwed up then no you will not get your money back. Been there and done that and yes I did get my money back.
