Can i get my ps3 picture to work in my bedroom?

i have (in my living room) a tv set up with my ps3. and i am thinking about getting play tv. i was thinking about this idea but playtv has just persuaded me more. anyway can i get the picture from my PlayStation (playtv and playing game) in my bedroom without the wires and other problems (i know he playstation remote works at a range of 70ft so that shouldn't be a problem) . thank you:)
