I booked a saver return from rugby to manchester picadilly a couple of weeks ago (for tomorrow at 1810), only now i realised i can catch an earlier train. I checked on national rail and the prices are the same as i paid for lots of other trains earlier in the day as its only a ticket you can walk up and buy, so would i be able to catch an earlier train?

  1. Yes, of course you can. The inspector will look at your ticket, tell you it's non-transferable, and extract a breathtakingly large sum of money from you. But you can.

  2. NO
