my b- day is sept 21 i was planning on getting pierced then but my amigos wanna get pierced this weekend being that we all leave for college nxt week .... with that being said i was born in1990 so if they just check for the year that would make me 18 right ?? my parents are SUPER strict so there is no chance of their consent :( i just wanna be sure they dont look at the actual date so i dont get played out lol

i hope this doesnt sound like a rambling mess ;)

  1. Depends on which shop you be going. Sone don't bother.

  2. pl. ask your parents 1st!!!

  3. September 21 is your day! The law does not bend on that.

  4. Wait another month. Otherwise it could cause legal issues that are too annoying to deal with.

  5. most places at least in U.S. need only identification and you need to be 16. thats it not 18. 18 for tats

  6. i dont think that will work unless the place really doesnt care and just looks at the year which then u realy shouldnt be going there ... they will look for the year the mounth and the day that u were born.... so why dont u just wait till then it will come in no time .

  7. i was 16 when i got both my ears done by my homegirls...perfectly done and free...

  8. Why not just wait another month?

  9. Is 17 and 11 months 18?

    Nope, it isn't, is it?

  10. depends where your from i think because in england you don't need parental consent over the age of 16 or 17 i cant remember
