  1. No, premiums may not be paid with the flex spending account.


  2. Unfortunately no, only money you've paid for deductibles, coinsurance, copays, etc.  They will also pay you back for prescriptions and some over the counter medicine.

  3. Insurance premiums cannot be paid with a flex account. See the IRS publication for information: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p969.pdf
