Can i get skype for my psp with version 4.01?

I recently upgraded my psp to 4.01 from version 2.90 (2 point something) and still didn't get skype! Do I need to downgrade my psp to 3.90? If so how do I do that without using the pandora battery, because no one could find an answer! Please help me.

Don't downgrade because skype is only avaliable on psp slims and lites as they are more powerful machines but 4.01 features are

New or revised features in system software version 4.01

Network

Display of search results under Internet Search has been improved for certain languages.

Video

Playback of video content under Video has been improved for certain file types.

I have downgraded my psp but i only did that to play homebrew games and ISO's (back-up games)
