Can i get sponsored to go to Europe??? If so how???

Im being completely honest, I wanna go to Romania but i have no money watsoever to go. I have two reasons for wanting to go. The first is so i can visit my friend cuz i have been saying i was gonna visit him for two years now and never ended up going due to either not having time or not having money. The second reason i wanna go is to learn about the culture of Romania. I want to see it first hand and see how the ppl live there. But again i have no money. Is there anyway i can get sponsored to go for either my first or second reason??? And if so how do i go about getting sponsored???

Try the Peace Corps.  I think they operate in Romania, though there's no guarantee you'll get the country you put as your first pick.  My niece is in Moldova right now with them, and that's just over a border.  

Of course, you have to have a University degree, and be willing to sign up for something like two years.  It's a big committment, but, hey, there's a drawback to everything.
