give the number and they give name and address

My phone company allows their customers to dial a star (*) plus a couple digit number when this kind of stuff happens. The information is then stored at the phone company for later retrieval if needed. Also, don't you have caller-id? Or are they blocking the number? All else fails, call the phone company and explain to them what you told us. I'm sure they can help.

Yes, you can contact your phone company and tell them the situation.  If they won't do it, you can contact your local police department they will do it for you.  If it is a cell phone they are calling, you can contact your carrier or I know mine, I can look up on the web all the calls that come in.  If it is private, contact your carrier!

What kind of phone do you have?  If landline, call the phone co.  They will have you write down the dates & times of the calls (or at least that's how they used to do it).  But whatever, call them to report it.  They will take care of the problem for you.  If cell phone, call the company & see if they do anything or can help you.
