Can i get this free sat?

Hi i have a hd television with built in freeview and also sky,can i get this freesat hd tv channels. Also if i have sky connected up i cant get the freeveiw channels on tv to checkto or do i need this free sat box thing aswell.thanks

You'll need a Freesat HD box, like this one:

Depending on which HD channels you want, it might or might not be cheaper to upgrade your Sky to a Sky HD box.

The new Panasonic has Freesat built in now,but you need an external dish installed.
