All you do is look for the "red shirts" and the "bus stop sign". The bus company is ADO

if you're coming with another 3 people...

i will suggest to take a cab... in that way the cab will charge aroung 250 or 300...

and the bus will be 210 pesos for 4 people...

so it's not a lot of difference and the cab will take you right into your hotel.
