i want operate tower crains i curantley drive big trucks and want to change

yes you can, the best way is to get sponsorship from the big building companies. So for instance william birch would sponsor you (pay for you to learn the ropes) and then they tie you down for 2 years at their beck and call.

The cost to learn when i enquired 5 years ago was 10k but the annual salary was touching 40k, so its worth it and although you are at beck and call you can't work after dusk in London due to aircraft
