    i think u have one girl friend in philippines and want to meet her there in philippines..if yes its not easy as you think to get visa to philippines ..and visa on arrival is not available for indians ( even though thats available for more than 150 countries..and there is more than 25 thousand indians in philppines)..and its easy to get visa for your girl friend from ther and bring her to india...

    still you required visa to phillippines check this

    1. Visa application form fully and legibly completed in English.

    2. One passport size photograph (scanned photos are not acceptable).

    3. Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the contemplated stay     in the Philippines.

    4. Photocopy of the data and amendment pages of the applicant’s passport.

    5. Original and photocopy of confirmed return air ticket or airline     reservation/itinerary printout.

    6. Demand draft of Rs2,400 draft drawn from a bank in New Delhi payable to     Embassy of the Philippines.

    7. Applicant’s bank statements for the 2 year period immediately before the     visa application is filed.

    8. Documents to show applicant’s income and payment of income tax by the     applicant for the two (2) year period immediately before the visa application     is filed.

    9. If employed, applicant’s Certificate of Current Employment from Employer     to include employer’s full name, address and telephone number,     applicant’s length of service and salary details.

    10. If self-employed, applicant’s Registration of Company/Business.

    11. If dependent with no independent source of income (i.e. housewife,     student, child), bank statements and Income Tax Return of principal and     proof of dependent’s relationship with spouse, parent or child.

    12. If student, applicant’s Certificate of Enrolment.

    13. If student or below 15 years of age, documents from applicant’s parent or       legal guardian to show income and financial capacity for the two (2) year       period immediately before visa application is filed.

    14. If under 15 years of age travelling alone or to be accompanied by a person      other than a parent or not joining a parent in the Philippines, an Affidavit      of Support and Consent to Travel. The affidavit must be executed by either      or both parents indicating travelling companion of minor and address in the      Philippines, duly notarized by a local Notary Public, attested by the MEA     and consular officer of the Philippine Embassy. This affidavit must be     presented before immigration officials at the port of entry in the Philippines     upon the minor’s arrival in the Philippines. A Waiver of Exclusion Ground     (WEG) will be issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

    Please be informed that the maximum length of stay authorized for the Philippine Embassy, New Delhi to issue for a temporary visitor’s visa for pleasure is 30 days for a single entry visit. The issuance of a Temporary Visitor’s visa for pleasure with multiple- entry privileges and/ or with an authorized period of stay of more than thirty (30) days requires prior approval from the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila.

  5. If yoor origin is not Philippines and you want to go to the Philippines Yes is the answer. But if you are a Pilipino and you want to get visa for another country the answer is No.
