No it is not meant for dogs!

Just get her some nice chew toys and you can just get a old towel, a small one, dampen it, roll it up and pop it into the freezer.

When it is frozen give it to the pup to chew on.  It great for chewing and relieving sore gums too.  Once it has thawed out then rinse it out and squeeze out most of the water roll it back up and refreeze it.
