Yes, if it is a larger dog. For smaller ones you will need to cut it in 1/2. Don't do it daily unless your vet recommends it b/c it could be too hard on its stomach. Don't do it if bleeding is a concern. Not for puppies. Most vets recommend 5-10mg per pound every 12 hours. If your dog needs aspirin I would first recommend trying Remadyl. It worked wonders with all our dogs and they love to take it.

I wouldn't without talking to a vet first. Aspirin can cause gastro-intestinal disturbances and ulcers in dogs as well as humans
