no.  Your 10 month old needs formula or breastmilk.  No child really needs pediasure.

My Dr told me I can give my 10 month old pediasure as a snack drink. Not to replace her regular formula with it though. It has good calories in it and my daughter needs to put on the weight!

So, it is ok as a once in a while drink, like from a sippy cup with an afternoon snack. Just make sure the baby gets formula or breast milk as much as he/she needs. Not until 12 months can a baby switched off of that.
