  1. you would need to ask your doctor...but i would say if you are nervous about it maybe its not a good idea???

  2. Of course you can!

But it's up to you. You might have to be a bit more careful.

If you're scared, maybe you should do a different style of dance, because acro is quite dangerous.

If you want to continue, I suggest you warm up before going to your classes and you should practice your leaps and stuff, especially your landings.

A good way to strengthen your knee to help prevent injuries is to do stretches on your legs after a warm shower, or even better, a bath.

It helps and your knees will get stronger if you do excersises after your knees or wherever you want to strengthen is warm and soft.

You should also go to your acrobatics teacher or your doctor for advice because I'm sure they're the two people who would know best, not some people online who you've never met before.

Well it's really up to you if you go back to it or not.

Hope I helped (hope I wasn't too bossy!) and good luck!

    DD xx

  3. If your doctor gives you the ok..Go for it! Don't be afraid of it happening again because if you worry the rest of your acrobatics life then you wont be enjoying it as much as you did. You don't want to look back and wonder why you didn't do acrobatics again. If it is something you love than the love and passion for it will out weigh the risk. If you decide to go back, take it easy for a few weeks so you can easily get back into it. I hope you continue your acrobatics and good luck with it!!

  4. go ask you doctor. he/she's the only one authorized to give you the go signal. he knows a h**l lot more than you do so try and listen to him whatever his verdict is. it's for your own good anyway.
