i lived in the state from 2000 till 2007 ileagly studied from midle school till 12th grade. then i got my work permant and s.s.n in 2006. then my grama got sick in my home country "jordan" so i had to leave. i tried to go baq but the embasy denied me. all my life and all my frinds and my fianca are in the states. i love america and i wana go baq soo bad. i cant eavin read and write in arabic. i was a little kid when i left jordan i was only 10years old. how can i go back? please help me.

There's a 10 years bar for re-entering the US for those having overstayed their visas or were illegal. If you had just a work permit, you needed to seek travel/re-entry permission from the relevant immigration authority before exiting.

I'm afraid the 10 year bar is now imposed on your re-entry.

If you had a work permit and ssn, you must have had some sort of legal status. What was it? When you applied to go back, what did you apply for, a tourist visa, or something else? If your fiancee is an American, she can file a fiance petition for you, although that will take a while. But if she isn't, it may be very difficult for you to return.
