Can i go blind from having a red light bulb in my room? not staring at it though. the bulb is bright!?

I have a red light bulb and its quite bright. and makes everyhting dye red, bt i was wondering will it make me blind? or ruin my eyesight?!

No, not any more than any other light in the room would make you go blind.  I doubt it is so bright that it could cause retinal damage.
