  1. no stop asking!

  2. Talk to a CG Recruiter to see if you even qualify for the CG.  If you do, you would need the Conditional Release from the National Guard to be able to switch.

    1 877 NOW-USCG

  3. You can when you finish you contract with the guard. Really you should stop trying to get out and just do you time

  4. You volunteered for the ANG, you can't hack it, from your other questions, and you think you can handle the USCG???

This is going to sound harsh, but... you are too immature, not man enough for the ANG, the USCG, or likely the Boyscouts (they too believe in Honoring Commitments, and THEY also take Oaths seriously, unlike YOU)

Why did you join? You spent time at Drills before BCT, and got paid, did you spend the money? You went to BCT, did you spend the money? You are not worthy to be in... but you ARE, so suck it up, and do your Duty, one that you volunteered to do... I don't care if you are 17, or 27... you are a Soldier and you need to act like one!

You have been in a little while, it will get better, unless you continue to whine, or do sommething really stupid, like AWOL... go do your drills, go to AIT, HONOR your Oath!
